As CEO-in-Training (CIT) lead, Adrianna manages the leadership development program for Alpine’s core differentiator – our executive talent. Prior to Alpine, Adrianna worked at DaVita where she served as a Regional Operations Director for 15 outpatient healthcare facilities in the Houston market. She also served as an executive lead for the company’s flagship leadership development program, while executing strategy on the program’s and company’s URM recruiting, development, and engagement. Adrianna has a BA in World Arts and Culture from UCLA and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
