Alex is Alpine’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and oversees the legal, compliance, and ESG functions at Alpine. Prior to joining Alpine, Alex was Head of Compliance and Senior Counsel for Private Equity at Vista Equity Partners. Prior to Vista, Alex was a litigation associate in the government enforcement practice group of Ropes & Gray and an Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Alex holds a BS from Boston University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
