Daniel manages the PeopleFirst Leadership Program, executive coaching, and talent experience across Alpine’s portfolio companies. Prior to Alpine, Daniel led sustainable community impact initiatives for HOPEworldwide as a site director in Hawaii, Nepal, and Zambia. He also started his own business in computer and gaming hardware sales during the pandemic. Proud to start his career at a people-driven PE firm, Daniel’s passion is to discover what motivates others and inspire them live to their full potential. As a Posse scholar, Daniel created the BA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Pepperdine University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a minor in Nonprofit Management. He also holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Caruso School of Law.
