Playbook
Matt Beaudette is a private equity operating executive and Customer Success expert with extensive experience scaling, leading, and professionalizing post-sale departments at rapidly growing SaaS companies. Matt leads the customer experience lever of the Playbook, helping Alpine portfolio companies drive customer product adoption, expansion, and renewals.
Prior to his current role at Alpine, Matt was Vice President of Customer Experience (CX) at Cleo Communications, an Alpine Fund IV Ecosystem Integration cloud company. He created and led the Cleo CX organization, a 130+ person global team including Professional Services, Managed Services, Training, Support, and Customer Success departments. Cleo received a significant growth investment from H.I.G Capital in June 2021.
Matt is a former nuclear submarine officer and NCAA Division 1 athlete who holds a B.S. from the US Naval Academy, M.A. from Georgetown University, and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife and 8-month-old daughter.
