Micaela is on the Talent team at Alpine Investors, where she focuses on recruiting and developing executive talent for Alpine, the portfolio companies, the CIR and CIT programs, and leading on-campus activities for undergraduates. Prior to joining Alpine, she worked as an education specialist for the U.S. Department of EducMation and spent a summer taking courses and volunteering in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI, she went on to graduate from Princeton University with a B.A. in Politics and minors in African American Studies and History.
