Mike oversees Talent and Culture in Alpine’s Elevation office. Mike started his career in education. As part of the Teach for America program, he taught for two years in an inner city elementary school in Brooklyn, New York. He then pivoted into a career in talent acquisition where he has spent the majority of his career building and scaling teams across a number of different business functions. In his current role, he is focused on recruiting top sourcing analysts and building a culture of longevity and opportunity in the Elevation office in Salt Lake City. With an emphasis on life-long learning, Mike has received an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, a master’s degree in Education from Brooklyn College, as well as an MBA from the University of Utah.
