Natalie is an Associate on the Talent team, where she drives executive search and develops talent across the portfolio. Natalie previously worked in the CEO & Board of Directors Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Her work at H&S was heavily focused on board diversity and spanned across financial services, global technology and services, consumer markets and social impact practices. Natalie graduated from Stanford with her MA in Sociology and BA in Psychology. Natalie is values-driven and passionate about making an impact through leadership.
