CEO, Orion Group Commercial Landscaping
Nate Carlson serves as CEO of the Orion Group’s commercial landscaping division. Prior to joining Alpine, Nate developed and managed energy logistics assets across North America for Valero Energy (VLO) and founded a private investment firm backing search funds and independent sponsors. Before attending graduate school, he served as an officer in the Marine Corps, leading combat units at the platoon and company level. Nate earned a BS from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently lives in Denver with his wife and son.
