As the Chief Talent Officer at Alpine Investors, Tal Lee gets to show the world that People-Driven private equity drives growth in people and business. Through leadership of Alpine’s recruiting, leadership development and culture portfolio offerings, including the flagship PeopleFirst and CEO-in-Training programs, her team hires A-Players, develops high-performing teams, builds purpose-driven cultures, and creates an employee experience people are excited to join. A cat with nearly nine lives, Tal Lee has experience working in high-growth startups, international non-profits, research and academia, and as a pre-professional ballet dancer. She holds a BA in Sustainable Development from Columbia University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
